This company sent a caregiver who took care of my grandmother three years ago. Her name was Christine. She was a kind-hearted, hardworking, loving and caring person. She was well trained and knew what she was doing, went above and beyond her duties but unfortunately, my granny passed away and we had to let her go. We have actually decided to go for this company again as we know for sure that they will go by my grandfather's preferences and will take care of all his needs with professionalism, like my grandmother's. Thank you Northshore for doing what was expected and beyond! God bless this company!
