Kidz Drop Zone

I have over 10 years of experience caring for kids other than my own. I have served as a Children's Church teacher as well as a Girl Scout Troop Leader for over 7 years. My best experience has to be the last three years where I worked with special needspreschoolers. It can be very simple to follow a schedule and go through the motions of a day at a large childcare facility where every child does the same thing no matter their interests. I learned while working with my preschoolers that the unspoken, the unseen and even the unheard can make a big difference in a child's life and learning. It's not always what you say but how you say it that makes all the difference. It's not always what you can see but more importantly what you can feel.
