Full Or Part-time Nanny/Mother's Helper

Responds within 5 hours
I have taken care of children from ages: 1 week to 8 years old. My duties included: cooking for and feeding the children, bathing, clothing, potty training, light housework, children's laundry, providing entertainment activities including excursions to the park, movie theater, museums, etc., taking and picking up from school, learning activities according to age, but most of all keeping them safe and giving lots of love. I moved to Raleigh from Orlando in May of last year. In Orlando I worked for a family for 71/2 years taking care of 1 child from birth to 7 1/2 years old. I moved to Raleigh to be closer to my Son and grandchildren. Here I have been working for a family of 2 boys 4&6 years old doing after school pick-up and care. This is only 4 hours Monday - Friday. I need a full Time position. I found full time nanny position taking care of 2 children from 2017-March 2020. Ages were 4 months Thur 2 1/2 years and birth thru 7 months. Then Covid 19 struck and I am out of work again.

Susan is a once-in-a-lifetime find, she is thoughtful, reliable, loving, and fun to be around. She cared for our older daughter from age 4 months to age 18 months, and our younger daughter from 0 to 6 months. She is incredible with babies; patient, resourceful, safety-oriented and tender. She is chatty with them, and I think that helped my older daughter become an early talker. She was easy to work with, and happy to take on new and different responsibilities as needed. She made our lives so much easier and happier for years. You will be lucky to have her in your home!

Since I was 12 years old, I have worked hard to become a successful nanny. I started as a mother's helper. It was summer of 2007 in Seattle, and I had nothing to do. My mom got tired of me hanging around the house so she suggested I become a mother's helper to give me some quick cash and something to do. At first, I was reluctant because what 12-year-old isn't? After my first job with a 2-year-old and a 4-year-old, I knew I had a gift for taking care of children and wanted to see how far I could take this kind of work. Soon enough I became popular with families and my mother's helper work turned into babysitting jobs flooding in. In 2011, after four years of babysitting, I became a nanny for a 3-year-old boy a few days per week and my career just grew. I'm so happy my mother pushed me to do mother's helper work. It blossomed into getting to do work I love every day! I prioritize working with babies and toddlers because it's so fun. Thank you so much!

Miles is a wonderful, thoughtful, and gentle person. He has been a great care provider for my almost 2 year old. During their time together, Miles often seeks out new and interesting outdoor places for my son to explore and have new experiences. He is also committed to understanding and communicating about my son's developmental needs. I would highly recommend Miles!
