Hearts & Hands Homecare provides personalized non-medical in-home care services to help elderly and individuals with special needs continue to live in their homes (rather than moving to nursing homes or assisted living facilities). Our caring and experienced caregivers provide up to 24 hour care the comfort and familiar surroundings of your own home.
We have a highly personalized screening system. One of the best in the industry and is specifically designed to maximize your comfort and piece of mind. With our services, you have the opportunity to directly involved in choosing caregivers we recommend. You only have to accept a caregiver you feel totally comfortable with.
All caregivers on our staff are thoroughly screened, bonded, and insured. In addition to verifying tangible work skills we also place a tremendous emphasis on the intangible traits of a caregiver. These are the items that are very important to you (our client) and which will mean so much in your day to day experience in working with them. These traits include: a caring and loving personality, a strong desire to help people, and a family experience of caring for a loved one.
Common qualifications of our caregivers include prior experience in home care giving, experience with volunteer organizations and affiliations with religious organizations. Most importantly, all of our caregivers provide references to us from sources we can trust such as other agencies, nursing homes, religious organizations, charities, hospices, assisted living communities etc. It is very important to us to put your needs first! We will only introduce a caregiver to you who has the necessary experience to fulfill your individual needs.

You are in charge of everything. Because we are a non-medical, custodial care agency and not a nursing home, we do not dictate to you what your schedule is to be (i.e. what time to get up, when to bathe, meal schedules etc.). You are the boss. It is our job to adjust to your schedule and to see to it that you remain comfortable in your own home.

I might already have a job. Not sure yet. But I like working for hearts and hands but do not want to work with Casey anymore. She needs to take a class in working with people . Wages 15.00 hr
