Awful daycare. Poor communication. The "director" is never at the facility and never returns phone calls. The incident today is the last straw. At this particular daycare you pay a week ahead so this week nov 19-23 was paid for on Nov 16th and yet they refused to take my kids today because they weren't on the sign up list. Now usually I'd say okay my bad BUT I called and spoke with a teacher at the daycare and was told the sign up was for school age children and that it wouldn't affect my kids care. Well it did and now I'm out a day of work plus my holiday pay for Thanksgiving. I called then school and explained this to them and they said well the director isn't here (shocker) and she said not to accept anyone not on the list. Okay then we won't be back and I'll consider this a breach of contract and you can forget about a 2 weeks notice of care ending. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Poorly run is being kind. The leaders at the facility do not teach the children how to play and conduct themselves in a social manor. The leader just sit and let the children run wild outside. I have the misfortune of living near this facility ant the children just run around and scream. The leaders could not care less about the residents that live near by so for five days a week we can not enjoy our homes because of the awful screaming. When I spoke with a person who claims to be a director she could not care and one of the lazy instructors called me a liar when I try to get them to stop the behavior they permit on the play ground just 10 feet from my back yard. They do not teach the children or plan their play time because they just sit and gossip while the neighbors have to suffer. Getting a lawyer because the noise is crazy
