Child Care, Head Start and Pre- K Registrations, NOW OPEN!
Free for qualified families!

Child Care:
* 2 years old
* Must possess a Child Care Voucher.

To Qualify for the Head Start program;
3 and 4 years old;
Families should meet one or more of the following criteria:

* Family income up to 100% of Federal Poverty Level (FPL)
* Receiving CA or SSI
* Homeless
* Foster Family
Must reside in our catchment area (Zip codes, 10002, 10003, 10009, 10038) to qualify for the Head Start program. If parents work in the Manhattan area they don't have to reside in the catchment areas.

Pre-Kindergarten;
* Children born in 2015 must registered.
* Pre-K registrations are now OPEN until March 15th, 2019
* No catchment area
*Any income

We offer:

Family Services- On site Family Workers, parents workshops, parent engagement activities.

Education Services- Class reliable observers, assistance in Universal Pre-Kindergarten registration, Kindergarten registration, Gift and talented exam registration, Field trips.

Health and Nutrition Services: On Site Nutritionist and Nursing interns.

Mental Health Services: On site Mental Health Consultant and Play Therapy.

Disabilities Coordinator services: Assistance in Committee on Preschool Special Education Process.

*Our teachers and staff speak English, Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin, Taishanese, French - Creole*.

Program hours:
Monday-Friday
Hours: 8:00 am-4:00 pm.
Extended hours for eligible parents who are employed or in school.
8:00 am-6:00 pm depending on the site.
