I give this zero stars.I do not recommend this agency AT ALL- The coordinators are unprofessional, discourteous, and impossible to get in touch with. There is no communication between the agency and the family. (Care)givers are unreliable and uncaring.

If I could give zero stars I would. Aides are horrible and so is management. They don't come when they are scheduled, change their hours, have violated HIPPA and I informed the county and am waiting fir a call back from NYS DOH. I would never recommend them to anyone.
