The organization has been providing Personal Care, and Home Health Aide services to clients for over thirty years, and has also implemented a Consumer Director Personal Assistance. Community is a voluntary non-profit organization, and is licensed to provide services in the counties of Rockland, Duchess, Nassau, Sullivan, Orange,Ulster, and Westchester.
Community Home Health Care s goal is to maintain its fine reputation, and looks forward to continuing to serve its patients for many more years to come.
