Prior to opening my daycare 9 years ago, I was a paraprofessional in a Preschool Special Education Classroom for many years, as well as an Assistant Preschool Teacher at a daycare center for several years. With the birth of our first grandchild in 2016, I resigned from both teaching positions and started my own home daycare. I am a NJ State Registered Home Daycare Provider, Infant/Child CPR/First Aid certified, and I continuously take child development classes to further expand my knowledge.

Following CDC guidelines & safety precautions including:

Temperature checks upon arrival and throughout the day
Hands washed upon arrival and throughout the day
Toys, surfaces cleaned/sterilized throughout the day
Floors steamed/sanitized daily

Carol was an absolute godsend for our son. He has always been a bit shy and sensitive and Carol gave him exactly what he needed to feel comfortable. She nurtured when he felt apprehensive, she was firm when he needed redirection, and she praised when he had good behavior. I always felt comfortable dropping him off and if I ever felt he was having a rough day, I would get a message from her before I even asked how he was doing. When my son left to head to preschool, he was overly prepared for it all thanks to Miss Carol and we miss her everyday.

I cannot say enough great things about Carol and her home daycare center. We met with Carol after having a bad experience at another center. As any parent knows leaving your child and going back to work can be nerve wracking and you want only the BEST. Well, I can truly say from the bottom of our hearts Carol is the BEST. She is so bubbly and full of personality, she's kind, warm and is very invested in her center. She is creative with all the projects she does with the kids. So creative and thoughtful, not just a coloring book page. The main room she uses has many NEW & CLEAN toys for the children. There was nothing worse than seeing daycares with old and dirty toys. She keeps her center immaculate. All toys are age appropriate for the group and educational. This is not a babysitter, she is an educator. We love Carol and would recommend her to anyone.
