I am interested in caring for children ages 6 weeks-1 year old. I have 17 years of childcare experiences, as I have 3 children and a big family. I also have work experiences. I have done volunteer work for Girl Scouts of Southern Illinois as a troopleader, summer programs as a teacher assistant for a local children's play center, and I have also worked for the YWCA as a temporary employee. I enjoy working with children at this stage in their lives because they WANT and NEED to learn. I have my Certification in Nursing and plan to continue education this fall majoring in Childcare.
