The staff and care are amazing. Nursing is patient centered and focused to provide the best care for patients and residents. Nurse Kenneace and Amanda are outstanding. Aides Tonya and Nicole are wonderful. My husband was here 2 years ago and I cringed when I was told I might come here. But I have to say that this place is 1000 times better than when my husband was here. I think its because of the leader of the staff. I have never seen a Director of Nursing so involved in the patients care. Crystal is a great asset to this company, building and county. As DON Crystal manages her team and cares for her patients and it truly shows. If ever anyone was made to be a nurse it would be her. She spends late hours here with her team and even jumps in when a team mate cant. Crystal walks through the halls with a big smile on her face and greets all those she sees. Way to go Arbor Trail for hiring a wonderful Leader with an amazingly huge caring heart.
