This is the worst agency , if u are am Aid looking for work stay away unless u are Haitians, they give all the cases to and Spanish .. they are very unprofessional, incompetent, bias and rude , no coordination skills .. worst agency ever

I love working for this company been with Anchor Health Home Care for almost a year now. And I most say they're the best I love it. I need to speak about this young Lady Ms Giselle Sosa she is my Coordinator and I promise you she is truly rewarding. As with her she is professional of course but what I appreciate is she is for us Aides and also for our Patients. She is the best to me and for me. I have the privilege on working with her I truly appreciate the whole team they trust Rock. Thank you Anchor Health Home Care. And of course Ms Giselle Sosa!

Anchor health is very unpredictable and highly unprofessional. They leave patients without an aide and continuously make changes with no notice or reason why. Will be looking elsewhere for my loved one.

So far very disappointed with the services from Anchor health and the coordinators assigned to me. No Aide showed up upon my release from the nursing home and no aide showed up 9/5/2023 and no call from Agency.

I had a very good experience with Anchor home care agency coordinator Shasita Roohi over the phone. My husband is disable with stroke. I had a lots of questions and concerns. She was very patient and gives me detailed answers until I got satisfied. I will give 5 stars to Anchor health Home care agency. Thanks Shasita Roohi
