I highly recommend the people NOT WORKING THERE.
I had an interview everything was great. They offered to me a position to care a senior Hispanic man, being a bilingual woman good fit; however in the beginning I clarified my availability to work on part time or weekends. They told last minute I might to work every day full time.
I called to say I was not able to do this, and they principal woman who is there was very rude and abused.
I honestly recommend people have care with this place. They are not professional.
I feel very well I am not working with them.

No stars if it was possible! Terrible place to work! The ladies in the office are very sweet and nice at first and act like they care, then they become rude and cruel they do not care about their staff or clients. They do not care if your ill and can get the client's sick or have family issues come up they will tell you it can't be covered and to show up or they will get you for abandonment

As an employee,they started out very friendly,helpful,but as time went on they begin changing the rules,not good training,they just throw u out to the clients. An they don't do business in an ethical manner. They assume more than they ask. An they don't care about their employees. However I loved the clients.

not employee friendly; rules to work by are always changing; not much training to help with the work asked to be done. does try to take excellent care of their clients, tho; enjoyed working with the clients; best part of the job

I started working for Always There Home Care several months ago... SO EXCITED!!! The office staff is so friendly every time I call or go in. I have the privilege of working with the most amazing clients that I have built a wonderful relationship with. I feel so fortunate that I get paid to spend time with these wonderful people.

Always There Home Care is the best home care company we ever had. We have not had many but have we had to call around before we found them. This company goes over and beyond what the normal company would do.
We still cant get over how much lower their rates are compared to most other home care agencies. Its not all about the money when it comes down to this company and you can tell.
We defiantly recommend this company for your family members.

They say whatever they need to say to get you in the door and then treat you like you owe them something. Managers do not communicate with you except to offer shifts outside of your availability......then get an attitude when you can't work. It's like working for bullies, not women that care.

Terrible place to work. There is promise of training and nothing ever happens. they do NOT provide you with any type of materials to be proficient at the job they are demanding of you. They say they are flexible and you get to pick your schedule, however, you get reprimanded if you are unable to work the shift they require you to. they allow sexual harassment from the clients they care for, and when someone says something about it to the management nothing happens. they do not pay for mileage and do not insure your vehicle when you are required to transport a client to and from doctors appointments. it is a terrible place to work for.
