This company needs to provide a system where the aids should clock-in and out. My parent's aide is always late and then leave her usual time. Instead of working 4hrs she is doing 3hrs-3.5hs total and that very dishonest. Terrible homecare agency

No diversity all aides from one country Guyana. Aides usually not experienced in home care. They had others jobs in their country. They attend their school in the agency graduate after A short time and go to homes and work unsupervised. Today is Sunday the office is closed and there is no back up. Your problems maybe addressed week day fussiness hours only.
