Maddy has been working for our family since the fall primarily with our first grader who was doing fully remote and then hybrid model of school while my husband and I work. She has been wonderful helping him to stay motivated and engaged in remote learning. This is no easy task, trust me, but she is awesome! After school she engages with him in all kids of activities from baking, to art, to playing at the park or beach. She has also watched our 4 year old, occasionally as well. Maddy is professional and reliable. She is always on time and has been incredibly flexible helping us with early mornings and late evenings as well. She takes initiative, is neat and orderly (we somehow come home to a cleaner house than we left every day), and most importantly, our family, and especially our children, love her. As our son transitions back to full time in person schooling, Maddy is looking for a new family to help. I cannot speak highly enough of her.
