About Tyra

Hello I'm Tyra! I've been in the "nannying game" for about 5 years now. I'm located in Taunton, MA and I recently graduated from UMASS Boston with a Bachelors in Biology and Psychology. Growing up in a tight knit family, I've been around babies and young adolescents my entire life. Being very nurturing and caring has always been innate for me. My education in adolescent development has deepen my understanding of what children want and need. Before the brink of the pandemic, I began interning in a baby lab on campus. We focused mainly on cognitive and emotional development. I worked as an intern with children at Lincoln Elementary School in their after school program. We concentrated on STEM activities to broaden their perspective on their future. First aid and CPR certified. I truly look forward to hearing back from you and your family!
