About Kate

Throughout the past decade, I have had a variety of childcare jobs including after school programs, day camps, regular babysitting, and most recently as a nanny for a few different families. While I have experience with a range of ages, I especially enjoy working with infants, toddlers, & preschool age children. When on the job, safety and well being is my number one priority. I highly value forming genuine connections, getting to know children as individuals in order to provide the most supportive and nurturing care. Upon that foundation, the real fun begins! I strive to encourage and support the natural curiosity, exploration, and creativity that is unique to every child. Some of my favorite activities are reading aloud, arts and crafts, tactile toys/projects and outdoor play!
