My daughter is 7 years old and about to finish 1st grade. She is below standards in Reading, Spelling and some Math. She may have dyslexia like myself (mother) but undiagnosed. She struggles greatly with word recognition and spelling.
She likes to have a calm and positive work environment with great patience from tutors. That can be fun and engaging. She is a hands on learner and sometimes gets frustrated when she can't do something.
Would prefer in person tutoring but willing to try maybe once a week online and once a week in person.
