My boys are older (9 and 11) and I'm reluctant to use the term babysitter. What they need is a person who is organized, disciplinarian, who enforces their evening routine, asks them to sit and study, tutor them (MATH and long division and other thorny math problems), but know when to break the monotony into a ball toss, dance or bring the fun into folding clothes or other household chores. Boys energy is quite unique and different animal, and you must know your audience! If they complain that you are boring, then you've lost your audience.
Use their competitive natures to your advantage and be honest when you compliment them. They sense when someone is fake.
Once a week from 5pm-10pm, say Saturday. Or if you are available another day, we are willing to work with your availability.
