Looking for daytime support of 2 energetic boys ages 1 and 2. I work part time from home but need assistance with normal care activities for the week while their normal nanny is on vacation. Also need support for maintaining children's laundry, maintaining play area, keeping floors cleaned, and dishes maintained. Children do have in-home therapist - nanny may be asked to provide support for these during the week.

About who needs care: I am a school teacher and my 77-year-old mother lives with me. She is mobility impaired due to an orthopedic surgery gone bad. Mom uses a walker always and sometimes has incontinence issues. She wears Depends regularly. Frequent falls have happened this summer, so I'm not comfortable leaving her alone all day Monday - Friday.. An ideal day would be 7 a.m. - 4pm, have mom dress herself when she awakes, make sure she eats some lunch, take her on a short walk, and maybe vacuum, dust, or clean some dishes, and take her to any appointments or errands she needs. About the care needs: Mom needs someone who is laid back (doesn't hover) has a sense of humor., and encourages her to do as much as she can rather than taking over and doing everything for her. It's important to her to maintain some level of independence. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
