40 yo female needs a care giver and companion. She is my older sister who is longing to get out and have a life again. My mother is 66 yo has been her primary care giver but unfortunately her age is catching up and she needs a break herself. We are looking for someone who will be long term for years and part of the family. N is a sweet girl who is very quiet and easy going. She is particular in her ways, likes to have a schedule as is with any special needs child. She looks forward to learning new things and exploring. Originally from New York, moved to Texas 3 years ago. she had a caregiver in NY for 5 years who was very sad to see her go. Because of COVID have not started her in her adult day care. We are looking for someone in Arlington to help transport our daughter. Having a reliable vehicle is a requirement. Our child has special needs and needs to be taken to Therapy. My job is having me go into the office on Thursday's weekly. So we would need someone who can arrive 7-7:15 a.m. on Thursday's and assist with breakfast for our daughter. At 8:20-8:30 a.m. take her to Therapy and drop off at 9 a.m. Then pick her up at 5 p.m. We may also need you through out the week but at this time it's only as needed basis. This job goes past the summer. This would start in beginning of June. We are offering up to $100 for the day

Typically the two shifts are 9 a.m. - 415 p.m. and 415 p.m. to 830pm/9 p.m. Biggest needs: Sat and Sun. Ideally we prefer helpers who enjoy walks or golf cart rides within our neighborhood, running 'errands" around town (e. g. grocery shopping, etc.). Must have reliable car & proof of insurance. Must have a positive, upbeat, compassionate attitude and the ability to be flexible. The job includes spending time with our son, and light duties to help him like cleaning, laundry, meal prep/cooking, med administration. You'll also need to help with bathing/personal hygiene as we are still working towards independence. Must have reliable attendance. Helpers have opportunity to travel (free) with family.

My daughter is 16 years old and in her sophomore year. She has autism and requires adult supervision at all times. She is a wonderful girl that enjoys having fun, reading simple books, music, jewelry, puzzles, art, riding in the car and joking with friends. She is very loving and loyal to those around her. She does have several behavioral issues so we need someone comfortable with dealing with that. Now that school is out until most likely the end of the summer, we are needing help doing afternoons and/or evenings and occasionally weekends. We would like her to work on reading, writing and self-care activities. Her schedule is very flexible and accommodating.
