I became a CNA because I wanted something that could provide me with a little more financial stability. I started working with the elderly in 2013 at a Skilled Nursing Facility. Being a CNA is something I honestly thought was not for me turned into the best job I've ever had. I love working with people old, young or in-between. I just want to help. My time as a CNA has been an ongoing learning experience. I believe the ones I took care of trained me better then any co-worker has. I know that having a job that I love and being good at helps me live a happier life!
I have experience with young kids, tracheostomy, some disabilities, Alzheimer's, Dementia, rehab, and long term care patients.
I build trust and relationship with the ones I take care of.
My patient is my teacher, boss, and friend.
