Looking for a Babysitter/Nanny or In Home Daycare for the Summer??? *Voluntarily Registered Licensed Family Home Daycare Provider *Former PE/Health Teacher *Daughter of a 30 year State Licensed Daycare Provider *Located right in the Town of Warrenton I hope this ad finds you and your little ones well! I understand the panic that arises when searching for the right daycare provider. My husband and I went through the process this past year and since we are fairly new to the area with no recommendations from coworkers or friends, we decided it was best for me to stay home and follow my passion of taking care of children. My hope is that I can alleviate your worries by offering a loving and comfortable environment for your child to grow! I opened my in home daycare business this past fall and was lucky enough to find three teacher families with children my son s age. I was happy to hear that they will all be returning to my home for the 2015-2016 school year. My hope for the summer is to find a family who is either in need of a nanny and is open to me bringing my son along (who will be about 16 months around that time) or to fill my spots in my home for summer care. I d love to provide a fun filled summer for your children, full of outdoor activities, little outings, crafts and games. Whatever their interests are, I d love to include them in our day! :) Prior to my in home daycare business, I was a PE/Health teacher and nannied in the summer for a family in Hamptons, NY so between my current families and this NY family, I ll have plenty of references you can talk to upon request. Prior to my teaching career, I provided babysitting services for over 10 years. Taking care of children is all I know and I would love to talk more about how I can meet your child's individual needs! Please feel free to either call me at 410-562-7297 or email me at edove87@gmail.com.

The Boxwood School Inc.

507 Winchester St Warrenton, VA

10 mi

Boxwood is a school honoring Dr. Maria Montessori s principles and philosophy. It is a place where the young child can benefit in full measure from the most creative and absorbing period of his life -- the years from three to six or seven. It provides an easy transition from the pre-verbal and pre-school experiences in the home to the stimulations of group experience in a many-faceted environment. It stresses a mixed age grouping in the belief that free and natural movement within this early childhood peer group constitutes the most effective means of developing self-awareness and self-esteem. We respect each child s individual pattern and pace of learning. Boxwood regards learning as a unified experience in which social, emotional, and intellectual development are inextricably linked. We provider academic and social basics in child-sized portions Reading, Phonics, Spelling, Writing, Nature Study, Music, Arithmetic, Courtesy, Grace, Poise, Sensitivity, Alertness, Generosity and Cooperation. -that recognizes the child s right to enjoy his childhood. that grants him time to be young, time to learn from his peers, and time to enjoy the wonders of his environment. -for delight in learning; for sharing with others; for a laugh a day!
