About who needs care: Broke my right ankle and sprained the left ankle. Surgeon put 3 screws in. Been at Life Care center for 5 weeks. Home now using wheelchair. My carpet is very thick and having difficulty moving wheelchair. Right leg in a boot and no weight on it.
About the care needs: Need training for me and my daughter.
Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
