Our newborn is in need for childcare about 5-7 days a month. We live in a safe neighborhood in a traditional two-story home in Newark that's great for walks and family friendly. We have two laid-back cats that require no work. (They have automatic feeders.). Mom works for a local bank and dad works for the City of Newark.
