Newark Mother's Helpers

I am 19-years old college student at the University of Delaware studying Health Behavior Science. I have been babysitting since I was 12 years old, starting as a mother's helper. I have babysat newborn twins, all the way up to middle school kids. I am comfortable with any age and amount of children. I also am comfortable with driving the kids to wherever they need to go. Also, I am CPR certified. I am looking for either random days here and there or a set day or two during the week.

I came from a very large family, so I have been around a number of ages since I was young. I am one of six and ninth in the line of 64 first cousins. This has brought me to my immense love for children. I have been babysitting since I was 14. I have worked as a nanny for 4 families. I was a mother's helper 3 times and I have experience working in a daycare. I have worked with four families with twins and my nephews I watch are twins. I have worked with children, ages 0-11 years old. I enjoy helping children learn a variety of topics in many different ways. I want to be there as a loving, caring, and responsible person. I want to meet their daily needs, be a companion, be a role model, a teacher and someone to do fun activities with. This is my career and what I enjoy doing the most. I am reliable and come to work on time and never cancel. Your children will not be in front of the TV. I will be sitting on the floor and engaging in activities with them; some might be art, reading books, puzzles, outdoors, dolls, trucks, etc. while learning colors, numbers and letters. I will not be on my phone during the day. Children always bring a smile to my face, and I would like to do the same for them.
