AFS Home Health offers private pay in home services such as Personal Care, Housekeeping, Errands/Transportation, Pet Care, and Companionship. However, it is not exclusive of other reasonable requests. Ours is service business. Always check with the care coordinator if you are unsure about whether ornot we can perform a service.
Our staff comes with a wide range of backgrounds, but the most important characteristic they have in common is that they TRULY CARE about their clients as individuals. We do our best to match our clients with caregivers based on whom we thing would work well together. If you feel that you do not have a good match or have concerns, contact us immediately.
All caregivers are bonded and insured, an extensive criminal background and driving history is also performed.
If medical assistance is necessary, AFS Home Health STILL can help you! Along with your home care needs, AFS employs Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists, Registered Nurses, Social Workers, and CNAs!
