I am 25 years old and have been caring for children for over 10 years. Babysitting was my first job at the age of 14 but in college childcare became a passion. While pursuing my bachelors in biological sciences at the University of South Carolina, I worked with a family of 3 from infants to toddlers. I've worked at the local YMCA with larger groups of children. Following graduation in 2016, I began working extensively with two families. My fiance and I just moved to NYC so he can pursue dental education at Columbia. I look forward to meeting and working with a new family.

Taylor worked as our family's regular nanny for almost a year (our children are 3 and 5 years old). We only parted ways because we both moved to new cities. We found Taylor through our neighborhood social media group where she came highly recommended from other neighborhood moms. From the moment she walked through the door for our first "meet and greet" with my children, I was impressed with her maturity, confidence and kindness toward all members of our family. Taylor is extremely responsible and careful. Very early on I trusted her to drive my vehicle and take my children to the swimming pool. My children adored Taylor, and she adored them as if they were her own family. Often times Taylor would spend the entire time at our house sitting on the floor engaging in make believe play with them. She also made playdate arrangements and took them to local parks and childrens centers for them to get out of the house. I highly recommend Taylor as a nanny!

I would describe myself as motivated, flexible, I am also outgoing, with a particular confidence . I have a passion for working with children and have formed many wonderful relationship with the families with whom I have been employed over the years. I love teaching children reasoning skills, especially in the early years, as it greatly improves their cognitive development and skills , creating opportunities for being adept at learning throughout their lives. Most will describe me as calm, happy, supportive , reliable , friendly, trustworthy. I am looking for a live-out , long term position . I am available to work starting in the month of June.

Julia has been our amazing full time nanny since our son J. was 5 months old. Julia is caring, warm and kind and brings a huge amount of fun and happiness to your home. She has a lot of experience. She is extremely dedicated and has a really rare and wonderful work ethic. She's been great with setting up play dates (our son made so many close friends in our neighborhood), preparing and cooking (healthy) food, finding and going to all the classes/ library, going to the doctor, doing groceries and light household tasks. She is flexible, has traveled with us (even multiple times outside of the country) and she has so much knowledge. Unfortunately, we had to let her go as we were moving to Europe. We still have a lot of contact with her and miss her a lot. If anyone wants to know more feel free to contact myself.

Part-time Care Provider / Nanny / Babysitter Hi! I'm currently pursuing my Master's in Social Work and am looking for one-time babysitting or part-time nannying jobs! I'm passionate about providing compassionate and patient care that inspires independence, healthy relationships, creativity, eco-friendly and ethical habits. I have over a decade's worth of babysitting experience. I have considerable expertise working with infants, children, and neurodiverse individuals. Working in the experiential education field for the last 5 years as a life coach, a camp counselor, and a wilderness therapy guide I developed skill for teaching mindfulness, positive relationship building, and coping skills. I'd love to share my knowledge with your family and learn whatever your family has to teach me!

Margaret and I worked together in an outdoor education company for adolescents and young adults. Margaret's warm enthusiasm and humor easily win over the people in her charge. As they recognize her as someone to both respect and enjoy, children often happily complete tasks (like brushing teeth) that otherwise elicit stubbornness; they want to earn her approval! Her creativity transforms empty downtime into exciting and innovative play time. Logistically, Margaret somehow stays entirely present with the kids, while also being keenly aware of any task that needs completing. Her strongest quality in a caregiving role however, is her emotional intelligence. Margaret instantly notices shifts in the mood of her care-receivers, then therapeutically encourages the individual to share their concerns, and then lovingly helps them work through their issue. Where many would either fail to notice an emotional change, or shy away from the support process, Margaret confidently and capably steps up.
