About Elizabeth

Hi! I'm Elizabeth, a caregiver with a decade of experience as a nanny and family assistant. As a children's librarian, I aim to inspire a love of reading in the children in my care. I create fun and educational activities through arts and crafts, active play, time spent outside, and classes around the city. With babies and young children, I sing and talk to them during our day. Most of my time is spent on the floor, engaged in mat/tummy time and playing with toys. With toddlers, I encourage learning through puzzles, blocks, and sensory play. For preschoolers and kindergartners, I enjoy building toys and pretend play. I use games to work on cooperation and taking turns, as well as cutting/gluing, sorting, and stickers for independent play. For older children, my focus is on homework and establishing consistent after-school routines. I'm open to laundry, light housekeeping, errands, and cooking.
