We have hired Charlotte to fill in when our nanny has been unavailable and she has been AWESOME every time. She is so great with entertaining our almost 4 year old and taking care of our 1 year old. She ensures the kids are active, takes them outside to play, and adheres to our nap/feeding schedule. Would definitely recommend Charlotte for nannying positions and/or babysitting.
