Hello! My name is Sophia! I graduated from the University of Washington in 2019 with a B. S. in Public Health. I have been working as a medical scribe for the past year as I await starting medical school next fall. I have experience tutoring in mathematics and chemistry. Math, up until Algebra 2, and Chemistry through the introductory college level. I am also available to tutor in other STEM subjects up until 10th grade level.

I have tutored my younger brother through his middle and high school years, as he has been home schooled. During the pandemic I have offered tutoring to my cousins via phone calls and video chats. My areas of expertise include English, Art, and Math. I am a student at Whatcom Community College, so my knowledge is still fresh and being used every day, along with constant learning and the furthering of knowledge. As a Psychology major, I have an understanding of how children's minds develop and their different methods of learning, and I can cater to their learning styles to ensure that they master their content.
