About Jessica

My main teaching experience is through my year-long student teaching internship I did from Jan 24 - Dec 24. I planned and executed lessons for 1st grade students under the supervision of my mentor teacher. Throughout that year, I was able to plan lessons on all elementary school subjects, such as math, phonics, writing, reading, science, social studies, and art. I've also completed 3 practicums while in the teaching program. Those include co-teaching science to 2nd graders, co-teaching writing lessons to 5th and 6th graders, and helping a Kindergarten student 1-on-1 with her literacy skills.
