Hi! I'm currently attending Pacific Lutheran University majoring in Math and fall semester starts September 1st. I am CPR trained as of 05/18, I have my own car, and I do not smoke. I wanted to be a babysitter because I love being around children. The conversations they have are hilarious, I enjoy the cuddles they occasionally give, and I love the fact that I am playing a small part in helping to shape them into well behaved human beings. I have worked with children that throw tantrums and ones that have severe separation anxiety and I am pretty good at calming them down. I play volleyball and hope to coach for whatever school I end up teaching at. I can do laundry, light clean up, and dishes. I'm pretty good at putting kids down for naps, and I'm not squeamish about changing diapers. Thank you for taking the time to read this and if you want to know more please message me and ask!

5 Years Of Teaching English, Math & Science Overseas To Different Refugee Kids..
I was a Christian Missionary overseas and always taught at Refugee under the radar schools. Mainly taught English/comprehension and test prep. Also taught Math from 1st grade up to pr-algebra. Taught Science as well up to 6th grade. I grew up with 5 brothers and I am the only girl. In my culture the girls are the ones that become the 2nd mom and kind of take care of the household. So me being the only girl, I took on the house hold chores and taking care of my little twin brothers with pride. I love kids and I would always volunteer to babysit my nephew and nieces whenever needed. So I can babysit and I can also tutor. I am here to help you catch a break :)

Pre-Med Rice University Student Summer Tutor
I genuinely helping others in school and would greatly enjoy continuing to help K-12 students learn over the summer. I tutored my peers in math all four years of high school. In college, although not paid, I have continued to help classmates with schoolwork and in the upcoming fall semester will be a Teaching Assistant in Introduction to Biology. I was the valedictorian of my high school with a 4. 0 GPA and scored well enough on the SAT to go to a top 20 university. I would be able to help with studying for the SAT's (very important for soon-to-be high school juniors), as math up to Calculus level, up to high school biology and up to high school chemistry. I would also make a great reading tutor. Please let me know if you would like a copy of my resume!

Hello! It is a very exciting time for me, I just graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelors degree in Early Childhood & Family Studies and Sociology. I am now looking for full time positions. Through my schooling I have quite a bit of experience helping students with reading, writing and homework. Some related coursework I've taken is: child development, math for elementary teachers, exceptional children(special education) and learning and teaching in a changing world. Over the past 8 years, I have cared for many age groups. My in home child care experience is with children from a few months old to 11 years old. I am very confident in my ability to care for children. I also have experience in k-12 tutoring. Currently, I babysit for multiple families, boys and girls of all ages. I am very active and enjoy the outdoors, sports and cooking.
