We're hiring for a caregiver to provide care for my father-in-law while my mother-in-law is away on vacation for one month. We are looking for a babysitter / nanny for a fun, happy and curious toddler who will just have reached 15 months of age. We both have full-time work from home jobs and need help in between the baby waking up and his middle of the day nap (he's currently on two naps a day but we expect him to transition to one before August). There is a chance that we adjust this schedule ie extend, depending on his routine closer to the time. If the baby is napping we'd like help with light housekeeping but otherwise the baby is the priority. He's in that playful age where he is discovering the world around him and soaking it all in so any developmental play would be appreciated!
