We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets, who is CPR certified and who has college degree. I work from home and would love some help with maintaining schedule, structure, early learning activities, outdoor playtime, etc. He is a happy, loving, affectionate kid that LOVES hugs. He has a good schedule already- I just need some help juggling him and work during the day.

She eats some purees and eats mashed food from a food pacifier. She can roll over and is currently learning to crawl. She loves her right foot, drinking from her bottle while outside watching the squirrels and birds, and being silly on the mat. My husband sometimes works from home and I usually work from home. In the future, I may have work conferences so I am hoping to build a strong relationship with our nanny so that they feel like part of our family.

I also need help with light housekeeping and driving kids to activities when not babysitting. You must love kids and spending time with them! :-)

We have a large house this is becoming unmanageable with our work schedules. We need help with the kitchen, 3 bathrooms, 2 offices/room, 1 family room and 1 bedroom. We want an initial deep cleaning of the full house and then maintenance cleaning each day or every other day. We need someone who can be through, discreet and professional. If you're someone who has plans EVERY Friday and Saturday night, we love that for you, but it's probably not the best fit for our needs :) Our previous babysitter was with us two years but graduated and moved away, so we're looking for someone who will want a long-term relationship with our kids :) We're pretty biased, but we think our kids are awesome--they're both very sweet and playful, and they loved hanging out with their previous babysitter.
