Seeking care for my mother in her 80s. Services needed: companionship, feeding, meal preparation, light housekeeping. Looking for someone with 3+ years of experience caring for seniors. Female caregiver preferred. A little more about my mother: she can be pleasant, grouchy, independent. Usually easy to get along with but can be a little stubborn at times. Having difficulties related to memory loss. Has a small shy but friendly dog. I'm looking for someone who is patient, fond of pets. Someone who understands caring for a "former farm girl", mostly needs companionship but may need bathroom assistance or help changing clothes. Needs her meals prepared. My mother enjoys walking but isn't as steady on her feet now. Sometimes she is better, sometimes she likes to run. Likes to walk her dog (but her little dog gets tired quicker than Mom. Lol) She sometimes gets lost or gets confused about crossing the street.
