They both need interior cleaned and straightened. All tile floors. Dusting and fans needs to be done with wet and dry rags I provide. Small apartment size bathrooms. I need all doors and door trim light switch plates cleaned. Baseboards, window swals and front storm glass door cleaned. Wipe off patio furniture - loveseat 2chars and table - aluminum furniture. Wash out all ashtrays. I want the best cleaner who will do a thorough job. Can take up to 4 hours.

Also get me a little bit healthier by preparing tasty meals that will allow me to lose weight. Duties include: meal planning, grocery shopping, meal prep, cooking, cleaning, helping me stretch and exercise. House Cleaning duties: Floors swept and mopped and kept clean every day. Dusting and washing windows. Washing sheets and towels. I also offer a room in my house as a vacation room with a potential turnover every 4 days. Duties will also include turning over that room between guests. Also handling personal assistant duties such as calls to service providers, filling up the water jugs for my house and taking supplies to my other rental, any errands that would take me outside during the heat of the day.
