We have an open plan living room/kitchen. We would like someone to come by weekly and help maintain the general chores in our kitchen/dining/living room as well as guest bathroom. Chores including; washing up, loading/unloading dishwasher, cleaning counter tops and cupboards if needed, cleaning the fridge and helping with fridge and cupboard organization if possible, mopping. Cleaning the shower/bath, toilet, vanity, mirror and floor in guest bathroom. We are currently a family of 3 with a dog (can be locked away during cleaning if required).

We are a busy professional family that owns a busy and growing small business in the Mount Dora. With the demands of our business, we find that we just don't have the time to pick up, clean and manage our house in general. In addition to routine cleaning, we are looking for an individual to help us a few days a week with keeping our home in order. We are looking for someone to essentially help us manage the home and would include cleaning, light laundry, organization, errands and grocery shopping. We are looking for someone to take charge of our home. We don't want to have to clean before the cleaning person comes. The right person will be flexible and understand that the job will evolve as we go. You must be reliable as we will be depending on you to ensure that we can maintain our quality of life as a family.

Can you provide your own cleaning equipment (vacuum, etc)? I can provide what ever cleaning products necessary. Ideally we would like someone twice or once a month, no specific days in mind, what ever works with our schedules!
