HOURLY SHIFTS: 13.25 to 15.25/hour Scottsdale, West Valley, East-Valley, North Phoenix, Cave Creek, Carefree
Shifts range from 4-12 hour valley-wide. Choose the hours you want to work, we fit you with our patient's needs. The more flexible you are, the more work you will receive. All work is per-diem and cannot be guaranteed hours. However, our employees who are flexible and willing to travel work full-time, plus some!
VISITS: $23.00 to $24.00 1-hour Bath Visits $44.00 for 2-hour visit
VISITS Scottsdale, West Valley, East-Valley, North Phoenix, Cave Creek, Carefree
Visits range from 1 to 2 hours.
The Caregiver assists the patient with the tasks of daily living as outlined in a written care plan that is established by the RN Clinical Manager and is kept in the patient's medical record and the home. The Caregiver performs various services for the patient as necessary to meet the patient's personal needs and promote comfort.
The Caregiver is supervised by the RN Clinical Manager and receives scheduling direction from Nightingale Staffing Coordinators.

Minimum six months of verifiable caregiving/personal care experience a Plus!
If no experience, will be evaluated for the Caregiver-in-Training Program.
Experience in home care, hospice or a skilled nursing facility under the direct supervision of a RN a Plus!
Experience in assistance with ADLs a Plus!
Experience taking Vital Signs a Plus!
Must be physically able to perform the duties of the position.
Must be able to read, write and speak English
Ability to pass a background check
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be able to follow direction in written care plan for the patient, and accurately report to the RN Manager any changes in patient condition.
Current AZ DL and Auto Insurance. Must have available, reliable transportation to and from assignments. May be approved to transport patient or run errands in vehicle.
Current CPR, TB, Fingerprint Card
Ability to work independently
