Caring Solutions San Antonio is has an immediate job opening for an experienced and compassionate Caregiver Manager The Caregiver Manager serves as the primary supervisor and advocate for a team of Caregivers: retains quality employees by building strong relationships and acts as a team member to provide the highest level client satisfaction. This person will manage the work schedules and ensure shifts are staffed according to client matching criteria: develops skills and understanding of the Caregiver's duties and responsibilities in order to monitor their performance and provide constructive feedback, coaching and performance improvement: upholds our company values and high standards of service and professionalism, and makes certain that Caregivers are willing to overwhelming recommend our agency as an amazing place to make their work home. Our ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience staffing and scheduling in-home Caregivers - Experience with scheduling software is a plus! Previous experience managing the performance of others, worked in collaboration with a care management team, and is most successful working in an environment built on mutual respect and trust. Additional Responsibilities of this position include: Ensure consistent accuracy of database and file information: maintains regular documentation and ongoing note-keeping of employee & client activities Must be able to communicate clearly and proficiently with people of all ages, while maintaining an energetic and positive attitude What you'll bring: Your passion for client and elder care Prior supervisory experience Prior staffing experience, preferably in the health/home care industry Thrive in a collaborative, people-centered environment Great at building and maintaining relationships Excellent written and oral communication skills Superb follow-up skills Tech-savvy Professionalism and the ability to grow our business In addition to these duties, we are looking for someone who is hard-working, ambitious, has a positive attitude, friendly, outgoing and professional.
