We have two boys, 2 and 5. Majority of the morning is with our youngest, our oldest is in school M-TH, 7:30a-11:30a.

This is a nanny share situation. Both families are in the same small subdivision and would pay $24 an hour together with 32 hours guaranteed a week (4 days). If for any reason one family was on vacation the nanny would be paid $15 an hour for having one child. This rare scenario would have advanced notice. The nanny would rotate houses every 2 weeks or could go even longer if preferred. We're extremely flexible. The children are 6 and 10 months old.

We are looking for someone to watch our two kids (4 & 7 yrs old) for 5-10 hours a week. This position can begin anytime, but preferably before April. Both of us (the parents) work from home and we have a newborn as well. We do not require mask wearing or vaccines. Monday availability would be ideal, but our schedule is flexible. We practice gentle parenting, RIE, play/nature-based and child-led learning, and unschooling. We love organic, whole, and fermented foods, WAPF, minimalism, and intentional living. We limit screen-time and sweets. We speak Portuguese, Mandarin, and English at home. We live on a few acres in White lake and love to spend time outdoors. We're hoping to find someone with an open mind and heart to care for the most important people in our lives.

My son is 6 years old and currently in K he is also autistic he is currently learning school work like English, math, science, arts, etc.. as well as has specials needs classes I'm seeking someone to help me with homeschool for a few months as we have to move due to the rise in rent in the area and the school is being difficult with placement they stated they will help us but we would have to reapply in mid October until then my son has to be pulled form there school. so basically I'm at my wits end and just really need help until we can put him back into school

We were slated to have our daughter begin daycare on 4/3. The daycare just backed out due to staffing issues. We need someone for in-home care for our 9-month-old daughter for at least a month. If it goes well, we may consider having a nanny long-term rather than going the daycare route. Hours are tentatively 8:30am-3:30 p.m. 4 or 5 days per week (M-R or M-F), with some flexibility. Our 3-year-old loves singing, dancing, reading, coloring, baking, building, and playing outside. They will need help keeping busy if home. I will be transitioning back to work in June, so we are starting to explore options. I am not entirely sure which days or times we will need when that happens, as my schedule may change.
