Your child builds a working robot, writes real code, and runs hands-on science experiments every week at our Farmers Branch STEM center. Each 3-hour afterschool session rotates through robotics, coding, science, engineering, and math, so kids stay curious instead of bored. Small groups of around 7 kids per instructor mean your child is actually taught, not just supervised. Every student follows their own lesson path at their own level, so a kindergartner and a middle schooler both get work that fits them, and nobody repeats a lesson they have already done. Doors open at 3:00pm and pick-up is by 6:00pm, so it covers the whole afterschool gap. Enrollment is month-to-month with no long contract. Come one day a week or all five, and ask us about multi-day rates and our 10% sibling discount. Ages 5-15. Drop-off, no caregiver needed. All robotics kits, laptops, and lab materials are included. Drone Explorers: STEM Missions is an exciting indoor program for students in grades 4–8. Kids will learn to fly and code real drones while solving hands-on, real-world challenges. Each session blends science, technology, and teamwork in a fun and engaging way. No prior experience is needed—just curiosity and creativity. All equipment is provided, and classes are held safely indoors.

In this program, scientists will learn how to explore microbial fuel cells—living batteries powered by bacteria. Participants will develop skills in technical design, electrical measurement, soldering, and more. After mastering the basics, they'll build their own devices using these innovative living batteries Participants will receive a stipend at the conclusion of the program!
