Through hands-on exploration, students uncover the science behind wheels and axles, the artistry of train and track design, and the innovation that drives car creation. As part of the experience, they'll put their skills to the test by designing and building their very own self-propelling LEGO™ vehicle. Teamwork takes center stage as students collaborate with fellow engineers to craft a fully functional railway track. The train’s about to depart—do you have your ticket? Miniscule life forms are all around us! Some of them are the "good guys" that help keep us healthy, like the probiotics in yogurt, while others—like the coronavirus—can make us sick. But what exactly are these tiny organisms, and how do they spread? In this hands-on camp, students will dive deep into the world of microorganisms, using microscopes and engaging activities to explore the fascinating roles these tiny life forms play in our lives. Through fun experiments and interactive lessons, campers will learn about both helpful and harmful microorganisms, and how they affect our health and the world around us. Join us for a week of discovery and science, as we uncover the hidden world of the microorganisms that shape our everyday lives!

Explore San Francisco's famous Golden Gate Park, with tons of sights and landmarks along with its beautiful bike paths - or see both the Park and the Golden Gat eBridge on one amazing, mostly flat 9-mile bike ride! Unlimited Biking will arm you with all that you need for your adventure - a helmet, a map, a bike bag/basket, and a bike lock, all free of charge - you just supply the need to explore! These pedal assist bikes will do a majority of the work for you so you can see more, with less work! Visit all of the highlights of the park including Stow Lake Boathouse, Academy of the Sciences, deYoung Museum, Conservatory of Flowers, Botanical Garden, Rose Garden, Dutch Windmill and more! Golden Gate Park has a paved trail of around 4-miles from one end of the park to the other! After your ride, yuo can return back to our shop, or head towards the Golden Gate Bridge.
