The Kids' Studio class at The Atelier School of Art is a one-hour session for ages 8-11, focusing on building foundational art skills while encouraging creativity and personal expression. The Middle School Art class at The Atelier School of Art is a one-hour session for ages 11-13, designed to help students refine their artistic skills while exploring different mediums and techniques. This class covers drawing, painting, printmaking, and sculpture, with a focus on composition, perspective, shading, and color theory. Students are encouraged to develop their unique artistic voice while building a strong foundation in both traditional and contemporary art practices.

During this week campers get to enjoy a different ceramic and slime daily. Although there are options to take part in painting on canvas instead. ​ We know going home we so many slimes and ceramics can be overwhelming - so we have you covered. From fluffy slime to glow in the dark and snow slime - we will keep the campers day filled with exciting activities!

Pre-K children, (ages 1-3, side by side with an adult) OR on their own (ages 4-6), are taught to explore their imagination through art. Experience a variety of materials used to produce your weekly seasonal masterpiece. We encourage the use of fingers, hands, exploring with unlikely tools (painting with race cars, leaves, toothbrushes & more), and sometimes a mess! New projects each session, so sign up for all sessions. *Parents can stay in class OR drop off ages 4+

We are offering 11 different art camps/ new curriculum for Art Camps this summer. Art Camp at All Things Art Studio is the best way to experience total immersion in a summer art program! It's fun & and students get a chance to delve into their creative selves without crazy time restraints. Students will also get to Tie Dye an All Things Art Studio Camp Shirt (or other item for repeat campers) on Day 1! (included in the fee of camp). In the mornings, they will be working on individual projects, and the afternoon art academy will give them a relaxed but focused exercise in fine arts. There will be landscape drawing and painting, and still life exploration. We explore drawing, clay, printmaking, textiles, weaving, watercolor, acrylics, tempera paint, glazing & more! We will work with canvas, clay, watercolor, tissue paper and many other types of medium as well. Every camp is a different curriculum, so please register for as many as you can :) It's an amazing week for students, they meet and make new art friends and enjoy the warm summer weather. Bring a sack lunch each day and a water bottle, We will have outdoor lunch & walk in the neighborhood- plus outdoor "en plain air" instruction in their daily journal/ sketchbook. Bring it on! Some of our Elementary, Middle School and High School groups will be offered at the same times & days (convenient for families with older & younger children). But the Camps will be separated by the groups and have different curriculum and locations within the studio. (MS/HS have a seperate registration with separate curriculum)

As summer draws to a close, we're giving campers the freedom to choose their creative adventures for the final days of camp. Each day, we'll offer a selection of activities ranging from canvas painting and ceramics to slime making and collage crafting. Campers can decide how they want to spend their day, exploring different mediums and expressing their unique artistic styles. It's a wonderful opportunity for them to dive into what they love most and end their summer with a burst of creativity and personal expression. Join us for these last few days of fun-filled, self-directed creativity!​

Sign up for each week- we have a new curriculum each week! Kids will enjoy 4 hours of Art and Art related Activities! Day Camp is a drop off program & for ages 4 and older. Each day includes a variety of Cookies & Canvas event, One Day Workshop, OR Pottery Painting & Open Studio time. Most projects will go home same day. (If they have pottery painting that day, they will need to be picked up following week) Kids enjoy stations as well as several art projects during their 4 hours of fun at the Art Studio! Groups separated by age under K-4 grades, 5-8 grades. Bring peanut free sack lunch, snack & water bottle. Please dress for the weather- as we do take a walk in the neighborhood and eat in the garden on days when we can.

Rebel Art Summer Camps are full of exploration, creative excitement, and just plain fun! Much like our teen school year classes, we will offer the flexibility of having planned projects for those who don't necessarily have a clear idea of what to create, as well as more of an open studio for those who are ready to dive into all those projects in their heads (with the guidance of our teachers). We offer everything from drawing, painting, collage, mixed media, printmaking to sculpture. Please note that due to time constraints, we do not offer ceramics in this program during summer camps (please check out our Rebel Ceramics program if interested in working with ceramics). We break up the week by hosting camp in different locations. Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays are hosted at the studio at 1444 South Main st., and Tuesdays/Thursdays we meet at local parks. This unique opportunity is only offered during summer camps and is incredibly special as it allows campers to experience working in plein air (from life outside) as well as in the studio for a complete art experience. Please note that we keep a close watch on the weather and air quality and will relocate to the studio if it will be too hot or poor air.

In this inviting 3-day art workshop, students will explore the beauty of gardens and backyard environments through a series of nature-inspired art projects. Drawing inspiration from birds, butterflies, flowers, and outdoor spaces, students will slow down, observe natural forms, and translate them into thoughtful, expressive artwork. Artists will paint and decorate a real wooden birdhouse, using color, pattern, and design to create a functional piece of art. Artists will also create a whimsical floral acrylic painting. Throughout the workshop, students will strengthen their drawing and painting skills while engaging with the Elements of Art and Principles of Design. This workshop is designed for children and teens, and groups students by age to support appropriate pacing, skill development, and positive peer connection. This camp is perfect for artists who enjoy hands-on projects, nature-inspired themes, and creating artwork that feels personal, joyful, and lasting. Children must be enrolled in First Grade, Fall 2026 and have graduated Kindergarten to attend.

Explore the world of making your own clay creations! This class will teach you how to create several hand-built clay pieces. Students will be introduced to Kiln firing, and procedures, as well as stages of clay: Wet, Greenware, Bisqueware, and more. Each student will custom glaze each project, and have all pieces fired in our kiln. Many projects are “built upon” each class, so that students experience a variety of mediums and take home several projects. Our most popular summer program returns for Summer 2026: Art Lab! Does your child love to engage in the process of art making and experiment with new things? If so, Art Lab! is the week for them. This week will be chock full of exploration of art materials and may include things like making fizz art using baking soda, salt resist painting, kaleidoscope making, paper marbling with shaving cream and more! It's sure to delight the adventurous artist!

Creator's Camp inspires campers to connect with their creativity while developing their skills in storytelling, art, music, and hands-on projects. Guided by award-winning Lando educators, campers will explore painting, drawing, and arts and crafts—engaging their hands, heads, and hearts while building lasting friendships. Weekly Schedule Each week combines traditional camp activities with specialized Lando classes. Campers attend two Lando sessions on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday (each class offered twice weekly), with Wednesdays reserved for exciting field trips. Field Trips: - Domini Hoskins Black History Museum and Learning Center & Red Morton Park, Redwood City (includes lunch) Campers will experience Four Award-Winning Lando Classes: Summer LEGO® Robotics Lab – Build a new robot daily using LEGO® bricks, motors, and sensors.
