Painting Classes Near Me

Join us for this weekly painting classs for all ages! Our teacher will guide you through a step-by-step acrylic on canvas painting, but if you want to add your own ideas and personality to your painting - we encourage it! This is a class for all, both children and adults are welcome! We will be painting on an 11x14 stretched canvas using acrylic paints.

Join us on Sunday mornings for a delightful canvas painting experience! Each week, we’ll guide you step by step in creating a new masterpiece, or you can choose to paint your own unique creation. Whether you prefer to follow along with our featured image or let your imagination run wild, Sundays at The Giggling Pig Art Studio are sure to be more fun than ever!

The Giggling Pig is a place where everyone is welcome to join in the fun and be themselves! So in celebration of MLK and our mission to inspire unique expression we’re painting these colorful "Hands of Hope". Students will practice their blending techniques as they depict the colors of the rainbow. Then, after they've learned all about ROYGBIV, they’ll experiment with mixing all those colors together to get an array of skin tones. While exploring color, we see that though there is a whole spectrum of different outcomes, they all contain parts of the same rainbow. Perfect class for children ages 7-9 years old. 90-min class We will use a variety of media, including watercolor, acrylic & tempera paints, oil pastels, mixed media, and clay for our intermediate classes throughout the school-year! Join us on Tuesday, Thursday or Saturday each week... or whenever it's convenient for you! We do the same project each of those days for each week, and then something new for the next week!

Flip Out Creative Camp (Ages 3-5) Let your little one’s imagination soar at Flip Out Creative Camp! Designed for ages 3-5, this camp is all about fun, creativity, and learning through play. Each day, campers will: Boost gross motor skills with playful gymnastics and movement activities Explore their creativity with fine motor skills like drawing, painting, and cutting with scissors Build friendships and develop social skills while engaging in group activities Get a head start on kindergarten readiness with fun introductions to letters, numbers, and more Our daily activities include: Music and movement Arts and crafts Gymnastics fun Playful learning of the alphabet and numbers Organized outdoor games All campers must be potty trained.

The Young Artist class at The Atelier School of Art is a one-hour session designed for kids ages 5-8. Middle & High School Art Program Overview: Unlocking Creativity Through Core Art Foundations Our Middle & High School Art Program is designed to foster creativity and build essential skills through a sequential and cyclical curriculum. This ongoing class seamlessly extends our Middle & High School Art Program, continuing from summer into the school year and cycling back each season. It provides a consistent, year-round art education journey for students. Jump in anytime! Here's what our young artists will explore: Foundational Concepts: Dive into the Elements of Art and Principles of Design to create visually compelling pieces. Students will explore a diverse range of dry media, including graphite, oil pastels, chalk pastels, charcoal, and ink.
