Students will be given an array of materials to create their love notes, exploring mediums and their imagination to express their unique vision. Best of all, they can top it off with a special message or a poem before sealing it with love for their valentine.

Our objective with this piece is to capture form with stark contrast for an impactful image. Students will exercise restraint with this limited pallet as they challenge their dexterity. Perfect class for children ages 7-9 years old. 90-min class We will use a variety of media, including watercolor, acrylic & tempera paints, oil pastels, mixed media, and clay for our intermediate classes throughout the school-year! Clay Characters: For this project students will put their creativity to the test as they design their very own characters. Then they will challenge their construction skills as they fabricate a wire armature to support their clay sculptures, truly bringing their characters to life in 3D. All supplies provided—just bring your creativity!

This weekly 2-hour class is a great option for kids looking to move ahead with their artistic talents. Students can choose to come on Tuesdays, or Thursdays, or both! Whatever works best for your schedule. The students are given more independence and freedom to be creative with the projects, and they have more autonomy in how their projects go. Projects often run for 3-4 weeks to give students the extra time to create a really impressive piece. Recommended for ages 10-16.

Send your child in with a snack, a lunch**, and a water bottle.
