Our After-School Pickup + STEM program makes afternoons easier—and way more fun with hands-on STEM! We safely pick up your child from school and bring them to Stemtree of Riverstone. After homework help, students explore a new hands-on STEM adventure each day—rotating through math, science, coding, robotics, and electrical engineering. Safe pickup, homework done, and STEM-powered fun—all in one place! This program runs throughout the school year. This registration is for the first 4 weeks of the school year only. FALL 2026 SPANISH CLUB: MI FAMILIA This fall, students will explore the theme of Mi Familia through engaging Spanish experiences designed to help them share what matters most: their family, their relationships, and their world. Through songs, movement, games, conversations, and creative projects, students will build confidence using real-life Spanish to introduce themselves, talk about family members, and describe the special people in their lives. Along the way, they'll create a personalized family tree project and prepare for a special end-of-session showcase where they'll share their learning with family and friends. Behavior Policy ---- Brilliant Bilingual's Spanish Club has basic rules of behavior, including respecting others and materials. These rules are reviewed regularly with students. Disrespectful behavior, foul, hurtful language, violence or other disruptions will not be tolerated. Brilliant Bilingual reserves the right to remove students from the club without refunding payment in the event of repeated misbehavior. Tardy Policy ---- Spanish Club ends at 4:45pm. Parents who pick their students up directly after Spanish Club must be ready to pick them up at 4:45pm. Any parent or responsible caregiver who does not pick up their student by 5:00pm will be charged a late fee of $1/minute. Late fees will automatically be applied to the card placed on file at the time of registration. School Closure Policy ---- Brilliant Bilingual clubs may close/cancel clubs due to certain circumstances (Extreme Weather Conditions, Natural Disasters, Infrastructure Problems). Parents/guardians will be informed via SMS or mobile notifications and email announcements. Make-up classes may or may not take place, depending on the nature of the closure and the school's assessment. All enrollment fees paid are non-refundable. Half Day of our Summer Camp. Enjoy a well-rounded summer at NoVA PlayLabs and avoid the summer brain drain. Our Summer Camps offer a good mix of fun and academics, learning and chill time, and quiet activities and active play. We will spend time outside playing and eating snacks and lunch. Students will be grouped by grade level and rotate among different stations. We maintain a small 1:8 instructor/student ratio in order to give personalized attention to each student. For ages 5-14. Please pack a snack and a water bottle (water refilling station is available). NO phones or tablets are allowed. Parents may call or text at any time (571-250-7719) to ask about their kids. 🤧 Our make-up policy for illness is very generous in order to encourage sick students to stay home 💲Fees are non refundable, but can be used towards another week, based on availability.
