Beginner (age 4+)

Focusing on composition, color theory, and values, this class allows students to experiment with various medium techniques, including clay, watercolor, mixed media, acrylic, and tempera. 60 minutes. THIS WEEK: Spooky season has finally begun, and we want to welcome it with this creative spider web weave. Students will challenge their dexterity as they experiment with weaving techniques to create this nature inspired 3D sculpture. Using twigs and twine we will weave a web and perfect home for a crawly little critter. Best of all, students will craft and paint the spider themselves, letting their creativity shine in this hands-on project.
