Intermediate Art Classes

Spooky season has finally begun, and we want to welcome it with this creative spider web weave. Students will challenge their dexterity as they experiment with weaving techniques to create this nature inspired 3D sculpture. Using twigs and twine we will weave a web and perfect home for a crawly little critter. Best of all, students will craft and paint the spider themselves, letting their creativity shine in this hands-on project. Perfect class for children ages 7-9 years old. 90-min class We will use a variety of media, including watercolor, acrylic & tempera paints, oil pastels, mixed media, and clay for our intermediate classes throughout the school-year! Join us on Tuesday, Thursday or Saturday each week... or whenever it's convenient for you! We do the same project each of those days for each week, and then something new for the next week!
