Art Lessons perfect for ages 4-6 years. 1-hour class The Giggling Pig isn't just an art studio, it's an immersive world brought to life in our founder Hannah Perry's illustrated children's books. In celebration of our newest addition to The Giggling Pig library and official first appearance of the character Grace, we’re illustrating her and some friends from Honeysuckle village! We will use a variety of media, including watercolor, acrylic & tempera paints, oil pastels, mixed media, and clay for our beginner classes throughout the school-year! Join us each week! Choose the day that works best for you: Tuesdays at 4:30 pm, Thursdays at 5:00 pm, or Saturdays at 9:30 am

This month we are focusing on learning about portrait drawing/painting! As requested by many of our Advanced students, Miss Hailey will be teaching the basics of portraiture, including proper techniques for proportions and how to capture expression. Art lessons for ages 10+ 2-hr class. This weekly class is a great option for kids looking to move ahead with their artistic talents. Students can choose to come on Tuesdays, or Thursdays, or both! Whatever works best for your schedule. The students are given more independence and freedom to be creative with the projects, and they have more autonomy in how their projects go. Projects often run for 3-4 weeks to give students the extra time to create a really impressive piece. We typically start a new project at the beginning of each month. Recommended for ages 10-16.
