Drawing Classes in Shelton, CT

Greek myths: For this project were diving into the fantastical world of Greek mythology. Students will learn and research different myths to find a story or image that speaks to them. Then they will retell the tale with their own art, depicting its characters with a detailed cross hatch drawing. This weekly 2-hour class is a great option for kids looking to move ahead with their artistic talents. Students can choose to come on Tuesdays, or Thursdays, or both! Whatever works best for your schedule. The students are given more independence and freedom to be creative with the projects, and they have more autonomy in how their projects go. Projects often run for 3-4 weeks to give students the extra time to create a really impressive piece. Recommended for ages 10-16.
