Drawing Classes in Shelton, CT

Chagall Dreamscape: For this project students will traverse the symbolism of their dreams with a colorful Chagall inspired oil pastel drawing. Exploring symbolism, students will create a dreamscape that reflects their inner world and the techniques of early modern artist Marc Chagall. This weekly 2-hour class is a great option for kids looking to move ahead with their artistic talents. Students can choose to come on Tuesdays, or Thursdays, or both! Whatever works best for your schedule. The students are given more independence and freedom to be creative with the projects, and they have more autonomy in how their projects go. Projects often run for 3-4 weeks to give students the extra time to create a really impressive piece. Recommended for ages 10-16.
